One day we were getting notifications from the Coinbase mobile app of the recent price of Bitcoin like 'Bitcoin is up 5% today'. We thought it would be cool to have a bot that would operate BEFORE such notifications. We searched the web and couldn't find anything easy to use, that runs in the cloud. So we decided to build it ourselves.

First simulation of Algo-Trading strategy for Bitcoin and Ethereum, we started to include more crypto assets and more strategies. We started to see the potential of our bot and we decided to make it public.

2023 was a successful year as more traders adopted our platform. We increased our engagement with traders, striving to understand what everyone truly needed in a bot platform. Given this growing user base, we recognized the importance of making DipSway fail-proof at an engineering level. Before introducing exciting new updates, features, tools, and bots, we prioritized ensuring our systems were running 24/7 without issues and that performance and quality were top-notch.

In February, we significantly expanded our platform by integrating major exchanges like Coinbase Advanced, BingX, and Bitmart. We also partnered with KuCoin and Bybit, becoming an official third-party application on both. These additions and partnerships greatly increased our users' trading options and market access, validating our platform's reliability and marking a major milestone in our growth.

In a significant upgrade to our infrastructure, we implemented 20 additional IPs and expanded our database replicas from 2 to 7, enhancing bot responsiveness to new candles across exchanges. This improvement positions our bots competitively in the market for speed and reliability. We also integrated Crypto(.)com further expanding our supported exchanges and trading options for users. A notable new feature is the Bot Leaderboard, which allows users to check out bot performances and copy the best performing bot settings. These enhancements collectively strengthen our platform's capabilities, offering users more robust, efficient, and diverse trading opportunities.

We've introduced multi-currency support, enabling bots to trade with various quote pairs beyond USDT. This enhancement offers users greater flexibility, accommodating different exchange structures and geographic regulations. By allowing trading across multiple currencies, we've empowered users to optimize their strategies according to specific needs and market conditions, improving their overall trading experience.

Our new platform release marks a significant leap forward in user experience and functionality. It enables faster development and delivery of new features, giving us greater control over bot troubleshooting to ensure elite-level support. We've strengthened the communication between interface and backend, guaranteeing data accuracy and reliable functionality. While maintaining our commitment to a minimalistic, clean, and easy-to-navigate design, this also enriched the platform with comprehensive data and analytics. This balance empowers users with in-depth insights without compromising on simplicity, allowing for more informed decision-making in a user-friendly environment.
